HELP! What do we do?

WARNING! THIS POST IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART!;)I don't really know what to do, thus the post. I have this new roommate, Christine and before she moved in, the old roommate told us that she(Christine) asked if we would have a problem with her having her boyfriend sleep over. Well, we do! Its really uncomfortable to have ANY boy sleep over especially a big black guy. He's really nice but he is a little odd and he has a lot of "different ideas". So at the beginning of the week, she was here every other day and then she would sleep over at his house. Which is fine. If she chooses to do that, that's her thing. Not mine, it makes me sad that she chooses to do that, but its her choice. Well yesterday, her boyfriend came over for the first time. They were hanging out in her bedroom when all of a sudden we hear her shreek and door lock. It was awkward because Alex and I kinda figured what was going on. Being as uncomfortable as we were, we just left. We went and walked around Walmart for a little while and then went to Subway to hang out with Kailey for about a half hour or so, hoping that things might have "simmered down" back at the apartment. Alex and I just locked ourselves in our room and went to bed and they left to his apartment soon after that. They were gone before Kailey got home from work at 12:30. All of us were a little creeped out but we didn't know what to say or if we should say anything. Well then today Alex and I were hanging out waiting for our friends to get off work when Christine and her boyfriend came home. They hung out for a little while before the door shut again. By this point our friends were at our apartment hanging out. Then the door locked AND the light went off. Now I can't judge. I don't know what is going on behind the door. Maybe they are just hanging out, maybe they are making out, but the way it seems to us is that they are having sex. I have NO IDEA what to do! I want to talk to her, but how do you start that conversation? "Hey Christine, are you and John having sex in your room?".... um i think that would be WAY more awkward then just ignoring it. But either way its uncomfortable, against the apartment rules, and something that non of the rest want in our home.
I turn to you my trusted friends for help or suggestions. I've thought of a few things like;
* Talk to her, Play church music really loudly when we think something is going on(she's lds so she would get it), Telling the landlord- I don't want her to hate us. etc. I just don't even know.
ANY input is welcome-- just email or message me on Face Book!
Thank you! Sincerely,
Kaci-- and probably Alex and Kailey.
