Catch up

Well, it's been way to long since I've written anything so I guess I will just give a catch up on my life.
I've been working like crazy! One of the other pages left to go on a mission and they haven't hired anyone else, they just gave us all more hours. Along with that, school. I'm in 2 AP classes and pre calc-- the hardest class EVER! Then every Thursday I go to special needs mutual-- the BEST THING EVER!!!! I love it so much. I get to help special needs people,which is exactly what I want to do when I graduate. So that's pretty much it. I asked a guy to Sadie's last night, so we will see how that goes. I hope he responds soon. The suspense is KILLING me!! :)
If anyone is interested, I will be preforming in a benefit concert for my singing teacher Ruth Clark. She is super AMAZING I love her and her family. She was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months back and has been doing chemo. Things are looking good but the hospital bills are OUTRAGEOUS! So if anyone would like to come and hear me and others sing, it's on November 13 at 7:30. It's free, but they ask for donations. It will be really cool and amazing.
Then on November 18 and 19, I am in a ballroom class and we have our concert that night. So just let me know if you want to go and I can get you more info.

Back to school

WOW! I cannot believe that school starts up again in a week from tomorrow!  Where did my summer go?  I'm so not ready for school! I haven't even gone shopping for school clothes. Normally I've that done by the 1st week of August. I guess that is not the case this year.
Honestly I'm freaking out! Going to a new school for my senior year... what was I thinking? No, it will be good, but it is a bit intimidating not having ANY idea where my classes are and only knowing a handful of people there. I know that its just the first couple of days(or weeks) getting use to everything. Hope all goes well. :)

No Bake Cheesecake!

Last Sunday I was flipping threw a cookbook and found a recipe for cheese cake, and since then I've wanted to make one.  Well tonight, when I went to find the recipe I couldn't find it but I found a REALLY easy one online. Let me tell you it took me less then 10min to make and it is WAY WAY YUMMY!  Its not the most healthy thing but, we all deserve a treat every now and again right?

No Bake Cheesecake
2 (8oz.) packs of cream cheese, softened (10-15 sec in microwave)
1/3 cup white sugar
2Tablespoons lemon juice
1(8oz.) container Cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Steps
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice with an electric mixer until well blended.
Gently stir in 2 cups of cool whip (i just used it all)
Pour into the crust
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set
Use left over cool whip on top
Eat with berries or fruit

Oh how wonderful the Internet is! Let me tell you this is one good Cheese cake! :)

My 1st Post!

So here I am.... writing my very 1st blog post! What an experience! I don't really know what to write about. I'm really excited about starting this blog, and I hope that I will be able to keep it up and that it will inspire me to take pictures, and publish my memories.

I guess to start off I would like to appologize for all of the incorrect spelling and grammer that will happen in the making of this blog. As well as the excessive use of exclamation points! I love them so! :)  I would also appologize to anyone who reads my post that is affended in any way OR has no idea of what I am talking about-- sometimes I ramble and/or dont make sence.

Well, I'm not really sure what else I need to talk about, so maybe I will attempt to post some pictures of videos-- we'll see how that works out.

Hope this blog takes off and doesnt flop! :)
